粵華苑7-11棟各位教職員工：

按照學校智能電表系統改造項目計劃要求，擬于11月11日（周四）對粵華苑7-11棟宿舍樓電表進行更換，期間需要停電作業。

現將有關注意事項通知如下：

1、電表更換范圍：粵華苑7-11棟宿舍各住戶

2、新系統購電充值方式：詳見附件

3、停電作業時間：

11月11日：粵華苑7棟13：00至14:00，整棟停電更換電表

11月11日：粵華苑8棟14：00至15:00，整棟停電更換電表

11月11日：粵華苑9棟15：00至16:00，整棟停電更換電表

11月11日：粵華苑10棟17：00至18:00，整棟停電更換電表

11月11日：粵華苑11棟17：00至18:00，整棟停電更換電表

請各位教職員工提前做好停電準備，及時關閉插座和空調等設備。如工程提前完工，將及時恢復供電。電表更換完成后，請采用新系統進行購電充值，不要再往原系統充值，以免影響正常用電。由于新的智能電表購電系統為智能預付費電表，請您在電表更換后3天后，及時在新系統上線登陸并預存電費后方可正常使用。

Notice on the replacement of electricity meters in the dormitory buildings of Yuehua Court 7-11 and related precautions for all staff

Members of Yuehua Court 7-11:

In accordance with the requirements of the school's smart meter system renovation project, the electricity meters of the dormitory buildings of Yuehua Court 7-11 will be replaced on November 11 (Thursday), during which the electricity will be cut off.

The following is the notice:

1.The scope of meter replacement: each household in the dormitory of Yuehua Court Building 7-11

2.The way to recharge electricity purchased by the new system: See the annex for details

3.Operation time of power outage:

November 11: 13:00 to 14:00 in Building 7 of Yuehua Court, the whole building will be shut

down to replace the electricity meter.

November 11: 14:00 to 15:00 in Building 8 of Yuehua Court, the whole building will be shut down to replace the electricity meter.

November 11: 15:00 to 16:00 in Building 9 of Yuehua Court, the whole building will be shut down to replace the electricity meter.

November 11: 17:00 to 18:00 in Building 10 of Yuehua Court, the whole building will be shut down to replace the electricity meter.

November 11: 17:00 to 18:00 in Building 11 of Yuehua Court, the whole building will be shut down to replace the electricity meter.

Please prepare for the power outage in advance. If the work is completed ahead of schedule, the power supply will be restored in time. After the meter replacement is completed, please use the new system to purchase electricity and recharge, do not recharge to the original system to avoid affecting normal electricity consumption. After the installation of the electricity meter, 3 days later to recharge and query the function through WeChat. During the period, the electricity meter is measured normally, which will not affect the electricity consumption.
